In addition to the Proprietor and Registered Manager, the home employs a deputy Manager and 6 care staff, one cook and one domestic.

There is always one care staff member available through the night and a senior member of staff always on call. All staff undertakes mandatory training as required by the National Care Standards Commission.

50% of staff are qualified to N.V.Q. Level 2 and 3.
